As part of our team, you’ll gain valuable experience alongside skilled technicians while helping grow and establish our maintenance department as a premier location for aircraft maintenance and avionics alterations. 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting Technicians performing a variety of aircraft maintenance tasks on corporate jets 

  • Managing multiple moving pieces while keeping calm under pressure 

  • Helping maintain a safe, organized, and secure environment throughout the facility 

  • Supporting daily operations by performing other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For 
  • Verifiable experience in performing maintenance and repairs on boats, aircraft, motorcycles, farm equipment, vehicles, etc.  

  • High school diploma or GED required 

  • Valid driver’s license 

  • Ability to participate in drug and/or alcohol testing per the DOT/FAA requirements (pre-employment, random, reasonable cause/suspicion, post-accident) 

  • Comfortable with computers and basic office systems 

  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime 

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed 

  • A high level of mechanical or electrical aptitude with the ability to successfully pass an aptitude test 

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position 

  • The desire and ability to work towards FAA certification though experience
