Customer Expereince Representative

As part of our team, you’ll welcome passengers and crew, coordinate aircraft services, assist with scheduling and accommodations, and help create an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Welcoming passengers, pilots, and guests with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating aircraft services including fuel, hangar space, catering, transportation, and hotel accommodations
Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and over radio
Assisting crews with quick-turn requests and last-minute changes
Managing multiple moving pieces while keeping calm under pressure
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and secure environment throughout the facility
Supporting daily operations both inside the terminal and occasionally outdoors on the ramp

What We’re Looking For
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable with computers and basic office systems
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime - part-time and full-time positions open
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed
