Scenic Flights in the Tetons

This scenic ride in our Cessna Hawk XP, Diamond DA-40, T-34 Warbird or Quest Kodiak will take your party over the Teton Mountain Range and the valley of Teton County Idaho. Enjoy a guided tour of the mountains, canyons and lakes of the Teton Range and Teton Valley, Idaho.  Our knowledgeable pilot will point out the Grand Teton Cathedral Group, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Targhee, Jackson Hole Aerial Tram, Table Mountain, Mount Moran and up to seven mountain ranges if the conditions are right! It’s the easiest way to view the splendor of our mountains and great for those special photographs.

Cessna 172 Hawk XP or Diamond DA40

  • Cost: $450.00 per flight plus tax - Approximately 1 hour flight

  • Gratuity is not included but appreciated

  • 1 to 3 passengers

  • Maximum weight for 3 passengers is 600 lbs in the Cessna, 2-3 passengers 500 lbs in DA40

  • Maximum single passenger weight is 250 lbs

  • Minimum age is 10 without an adult or 6 with an adult.

  • Bring a camera and sunglasses

  • Flights will be booked in either the Cessna or Diamond based on availability and passengers weight at Teton Aviation’s discretion. We will accommodate requests if able.

T-34 Warbird Scenic

Teton Aviation is now offering a change to fly in a piece of history. Experience a scenic flight around Teton Valley, Idaho and the breathtaking Teton Mountain Range in our beautifully restored T-34B.

Cost: $550 per flight plus tax - Approximately 1 hour flight

  • 1 passenger

  • Height restrictions 5’0” to 6’5”

  • Weight restricted to 230 pounds

  • Must be physically able to climb up on wing and into aircraft

  • Bring a hat and sunglasses and don’t forget your camera! Great photos from the glass canopy.

  • Gratuity is not included but appreciated

Our turboprop Kodiak is the ultimate utility airplane with comfortable seating for up to 7 passengers. It’s the perfect choice for larger groups desiring to take a scenic ride together or for people with more limited mobility as it has stairs to climb aboard. Rides offered year round.

  • Weight limit for all passengers is 1,100 pounds, single passenger 285 pounds
