As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in growing and establishing our maintenance department as a premier destination for aircraft maintenance and avionics alterations while working alongside a passionate and skilled aviation team.
What You’ll Be DoingPerforming a variety of aircraft maintenance tasks on corporate jets
Working closely with Management to determine man-hour requirements and keeping customers up to date on the status of their aircraft.
Managing multiple moving pieces while keeping calm under pressure
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and secure environment throughout the facility
Supporting daily operations at our base location with occasional travel to support our customers’ needs away from base

What We’re Looking For Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P) required
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
Ability to participate in drug and/or alcohol testing per the DOT/FAA requirements (pre-employment, random, reasonable cause/suspicion, post-accident)
Comfortable with computers and basic office systems
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed
A minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining fixed-wing aircraft, with Cessna Citation experience strongly preferred
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
A thorough understanding of FAA regulations, including 14 CFR 145 requirements
