What to ExpectAt Teton Aviation, keeping our maintenance operation running smoothly takes more than great technicians. We’re looking for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and can keep track of the details in a busy aviation environment.
As part of our team, you’ll work closely with customers, technicians, vendors, and maintenance leadership to keep work orders moving, customers informed, parts organized, and the day-to-day office running smoothly.
What You’ll Be DoingServing as a main point of contact for aircraft owners, operators, vendors, and insurance adjusters
Coordinating scheduling, estimates, work order updates, invoicing, and customer payments
Preparing estimates and final invoices using technician labor and parts records
Ordering parts, tracking deliveries, and following up on backorders
Maintaining organized parts, inventory, warranty, and core return records
Supporting technician timecards, PTO tracking, certifications, and training records
Assisting with monthly expense reports and department reporting
Maintaining required repair station documentation and assisting with audit preparation
Keeping the maintenance office organized and helping the team stay ahead of daily priorities

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of office management, administrative, or customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Aviation or aircraft maintenance experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn maintenance tracking and shop management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance terminology and FAA requirements is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling customer, financial, and employee information
Comfortable working in and around an active aircraft maintenance hangar
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
