We’re looking for an Aircraft Parts Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values organization and accuracy, and understands the critical role parts and inventory play in aviation operations.
As part of our team, you’ll help grow and establish our maintenance department as a premier location for aircraft maintenance and avionics alterations by ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and support they need to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be DoingMaintaining Company and Customer owned materials in a compliant and safe manner
Maintaining materials inventory, including reorders and recommendations for stock items
Utilizing all resources to procure required materials in the most economical manner while adhering to strict timelines in support of the maintenance and avionics shop
Managing multiple moving pieces while keeping calm under pressure
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and secure environment throughout the facility
Supporting daily operations to help identify parts and materials required

What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of aviation purchasing and / or stock management
Experience performing aircraft maintenance or alterations strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Proficient with computers and basic office systems Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Experience in negotiating purchase agreements and determining proper provisioning items strongly preferred
